Corporate Sponsored Open Play Sessions

Each and every day we have new families and regulars visiting us at Bumble Brews and have cultivated an extensive customer base since opening in September 2020. With each sponsorship, you're promoting your business and gaining visibility with your target audience while giving families and local children a fun, social, and enriching experience in our play area.
How it works
1. Through our Corporate Sponsorship program, you decide how many Open Play spots (i.e., children 6 months or older) you would like to sponsor based on the three tiers listed below (one Open Play = one child 6+ months). You can sponsor 15, 25, or 35 slots.
2. Once you decide how many, choose between the Standard package or Premium package and pick a date/time.
3. We will provide a unique sign-up link that you can send to your clients, and/or we can promote your Open Play session ("Free Open Play sponsored by [Your Business]") through our newsletters, website, and social media to encourage sign-ups. We will also display signage at the front of our entrance that says "Free Open Play Sponsored by [Your Business]" so that registered guests and walk-ins are exposed to your brand.
4. Families can sign up to come play during your sponsored session. If not all Open Play slots are filled by the time of your session, any walk-ins would be able to play under your sponsored session on a first-come first-serve basis until all slots are filled! We'll coordinate all sign-ups.
4. Bring whatever marketing materials, swag, or demonstration materials you'd like to, and promote your business with us!
Tiers
Tier 1: Sponsor up to 15 Open Plays
Tier 2: Sponsor up to 25 Open Plays
Tier 3: Sponsor up to 35 Open Plays
Sponsorship Types
Standard Sponsorship:
With a standard sponsorship, you select which tier you'd like based on how many Open Plays you want to sponsor, and we provide printed signage for your business in our cafe that is visible to everyone when they enter. You can also decide if you'd like a beverage tab (optional), and can bring any marketing materials or swag that you want!
Premium Sponsorship:
With a premium sponsorship, you'll get everything that comes with the Standard sponsorship plus you'll get access to our party room for any demonstrations, informational stations, evaluations, and more! Use it however you'd like.
Bookable Time Slots
Each Open Play session is 2 hours, and can be reserved during the following times*:
Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm (4pm is the latest starting time, since we close at 6pm)
Saturday: 12pm - 2pm; 4pm - 6pm
Sunday: 10am - 12pm; 1pm - 3pm; 4pm - 6pm
* These days/times are subject to availability based on previously booked birthday parties or other events.
Pricing
A deposit for half the amount of the total cost is due at the time of booking:
Tier 1: Sponsor up to 15 Open Plays
Standard: $360
Premium: $435
Tier 2: Sponsor up to 25 Open Plays
Standard: $495
Premium: $570
Tier 3: Sponsor up to 35 Open Plays**
Standard: $610
Premium: $685
**Due to the number of children in Tier 3, we'd close to the public once all 35 slots are filled.
